IFATCA Policy is:Member Associations should bring to the notice of the Executive Board any evidence of anomalies caused by equal opportunity legislation which the Federation to study. IFATCA accepts the ILO declaration concerning discrimination and equal opportunities. MAs should endeavour to ensure that the relevant authorities provide equal opportunities for all air traffic control staff. |
